Samuel L. Council, age 78 of taunton, passed away at the Boston Medical Center on may 19, 2023.
He was the beloved companion of Charleen Horta.
Born in Durham, NC the son of the late William and Lottie (Weldon) Council.
Mr. Council served with the Airforce during Vietnam as a Sgt.
Besides his beloved Companion Charleen, Samuel is survived by a son Darius Council of NC.
A grave-side service with military honors will be held on Friday, May 26, 2023 at 1pm in Mayflower Hill Cemetery, 235 Broadway Taunton. Relatives and friends may meet directly at the front gate of the cemetery at 12:30.
Arrangements are with the Silva Funeral Home of Taunton.
