Shirley N. (Nepini) Terra, age 85 of Lakeville, passed away at her residence on September 22, 2020 with her loving family by her side.
She was the beloved wife of the late Matthew Terra.
Shirley was born in Taunton, the daughter of the late Gelio and Lempi (Jacobson) Nepini.
Mrs. Terra cherished spending time with her family, especially her grandchildren. She was a loving and caring person who was devoted to her family. She enjoyed raising her grandchildren, camping, bingo, chocolate and playing rummy with her granddaughter.
She is survived by her loving children; Thomas Terra, Maureen Ashley Gail Ruest and Hopeann Bird, grandmother of Maegan, Tommy, Timmy, Kimberly, Allyson, Wayne J and Jennifer great-grandmother of Morgan, Paige, Trevor, Marcus, Kelsey, Colt, Hayden, Harper, and Holden. She was also the sister of late Albert Nopini, Arthur Nopini, Hellen Severino, Jeanette Silvia and Edward Nopini.
A grave-side service will be held on Saturday, September 26, 2020 at 10 am in Saint Joseph Cemetery, Taunton. (All relatives and friends may meet at 9:45 am at the front gate of the cemetery.)
