REHOBOTH - Teresa (Miguel) Hochman, wife of Clifford Hochman of Rehoboth, died at Brigham & Women's Hospital on Aug. 15, 2015.
She was 60 years old.
Born in Faial, Azores, she was the daughter of Alonso Miguel and the late Maria (Felipe) Miguel.
Raised in Terceira, Azores, she moved to the U.S. and lived for a brief time in New Bedford, later relocating to Taunton.
Teresa owned and operated the Timeless Properties Real Estate Company in Mansfield for many years.
A homebody, Teresa loved her home and garden and enjoyed decorating. Home and family were everything to her.
In addition to her husband, she leaves a son, G. Alexander Korentis and his wife Lisa of Walpole; a daughter, Andrea N. Korentis of Lincoln, RI; a stepson, Michael Hochman and his wife Kathy of Foxboro; a stepdaughter, Julie Hochman of Boston; two grandchildren, Ariana S. Korentis and Jake Hochman; three brothers, Alonso Miguel and his wife Luzia of Taunton, John Miguel and his wife Mary Lou of Norton and David Miguel and his wife Evelyn of Swansea; a sister, Maria Gola and her husband Robert of Taunton; her godmother Valentina Freitas; her godchild, Joe Freitas and several aunts, uncles, nieces and nephews.
Her funeral will be held from the Silva Funeral Home, 80 Broadway, Taunton, on Wednesday, Aug. 19th at 9 a.m. followed by a funeral mass at St. Anthony's Church, Taunton, at 10 a.m.
Burial will be at St. Joseph Cemetery in Taunton.
Relatives and friends are invited to attend.
Calling hours will be held at the funeral home on Tuesday, Aug. 18th from 5 to 8 p.m.
