Theresa "Tree" (Ducharme) Hebert

On Friday, January 6th, 2023, Theresa (Ducharme) Hebert, loving wife and mother of three children, passed away at the age of 65. Theresa was born on September 19th, 1957 in Taunton, MA, the daughter of the late Raymond J. Ducharme and Elsie (Vaz) Ducharme. She worked in the Taunton Public School System as a paraprofessional for almost 10 years and received her Bachelor’s degree in Education from Lesley University in Cambridge, MA in 2008 and became a highly certified teacher. On May 18, 1979 she married her beloved husband, Glen E. Hebert of Taunton. She was a lifelong learner and an avid reader. She was also the published author of the book “Special Deliveries.” Her true passion in life was teaching and she poured her heart and soul into every child she taught. She is survived by her three children; Alex Hebert and his wife Alyssa of Taunton, MA, Brent Hebert and his wife Victoria of Madison, NJ and Arielle Dennis and her husband Bryan of Bridgewater, MA. She is survived by her sister, Marie Pawlowski and husband Stanley; her brother, Raymond Ducharme and wife Lynne; brother-in-laws Jeffrey Hebert, Dennis Hebert and wife Jeanne; sister-in-laws Laurie Hebert and Brenda Hebert. She is predeceased by brother-in-law Brian Hebert. She was the grandmother of five – Alex Hebert Jr., Ashlyn Hebert, Leo Hebert, Miles Dennis and Noah Dennis. She leaves behind many nieces and nephews and many treasured friends. Theresa’s funeral with visitation will be held on Saturday, January 14, 2022 at 8 am from the Silva Funeral Home 80 Broadway (at Saint Mary’s Square) Taunton, with a Mass of Christian Burial at 11 am in St. Andrew the Apostle Parish Church 19 Kilmer Ave, Taunton. Interment will follow in the Saint Francis Cemetery on N Walker St.
