Thomas C. Aponte, age 43 of Taunton, passed away on November 3, 2025 at Morton Hospital from complications of diabetes.
He was the fiance of Katherine Bevis.
Born Taunton, he was the son of Edward and Catherine Aponte.
Besides his loving parents and fiance Katherine, Thomas is survived by his children; Josiah Aponte, Ayden Aponte, Isabella Aponte, siblings; Edward Aponte, Herbert Aponte, Melanie Aponte, granddaughter; Harmonii Aponte and several nieces and nephews.
Tommy was an amazing human. He was funny and could always make the entire room laugh. His smile was one of a kind and could always brighten an entire room. Tommy never felt ill will toward anyone. Tommy was kind, caring, and hilarious. He deeply loved his family, especially his 3 children, his granddaughter and all of his nieces and nephews. Tommy was an avid sports fan. He loved the Patriots and Red Sox. Tommy’s love of the game of football and his incredible vast knowledge of meaningless stats of the game were absolutely unmatched. It is hard to forget someone who gave us so much to remember. His legacy lives on through the lives he touched.
