Thomas J. Martin, Jr., age 80 of Raynham, passed away on June 24, 2022 at Morton Hospital.
He was the beloved husband of Patricia (Balfe) Martin.
Born in Taunton, Thomas was the son of the late Thomas and Mary (Coelho) Martin, Sr.
He was a graduate from Taunton High School and Mass College of Pharmacy. He later on retired as a Clinical Pharmacist from Good Samaritan.
Thomas was a member of St. Ann’s Seniors in Raynham. Tom loved to travel with his wife Patricia and loved to go on adventures and explore new places. He also enjoyed grilling in the backyard for family and friends. He was considered the “grillmaster” by all who knew him. Tom enjoyed photography and never missed an opportunity to capture family get togethers with still picture and video. Tom was also an avid shooter and a long time member of Taunton Rifle and Pistol Club in Taunton.
Besides his beloved wife Patricia of over 35 years, he is survived by his children; Shawn Cochrane and his wife Wendy, Tracy LaBree and her husband Douglas, Gordon Cochrane and his longtime companion Jean Keough, grandchildren; Emily Cochrane, Zachary Faria, Chelsea Cochrane, Ashley Cloutier and husband Aaron, Aimee St. Laurent and husband Matt, Alexandra Faria, 7 great-grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.
A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Tuesday, June 28, 2022 at 10am in Saint Ann Church 660 North Main St. Raynham. Relatives and friends may meet directly at church 9:45am.
Interment will follow in Saint Joseph Cemetery.
