William Florence, age 67 of Plymouth, passed away on November 30, 2021 at the Plymouth Harborside Health Care Center.
He was the partner of Tim Hyer.
William was born in Taunton, the son of the late Charles and Jennie (DeSa) Florence.
Mr. Florence was a self employed hair stylist for many years.
He enjoyed knitting, walking on the beach in Cape Cod. Most of all cherished time spent with family and friends.
William is survived by his siblings; Charles Florence and wife Jean and Barbara Rezendes and husband Bing of Taunton. He was the uncle of Michael Rezendes, Sr. and wife Melissa, great uncle of Chelsey Rezendes and Michael Rezendes, Jr. He was also the brother of the late Catherine “Kay” Butler.
William’s funeral with visitation will be held on Saturday, December 4, 2021 at 9am followed by a service at 10 am in the Silva Funeral Home 80 Broadway (at Saint Mary’s Square) Taunton. Interment will follow in Saint Joseph Cemetery.
