William E. Perry

William E. Perry, age 84, of Taunton, passed away on January 21, 2022 at his home.

He was the beloved husband of the late Charlotte (Sequeira) Perry.

Born in Taunton, he was the son of the late Harry and Annie (Peters) Perry.

Bill loved and cherished spending time with his family. He took pride in his family. He was the family rock.

Aside from his family, his passion was construction work and was also a member of the local 4 union. He has volunteered with the Raynham Fire Department, and also was a member of Taunton Civil Defense. He was a former singing group member of The Villinaire’s.

Bill loved his motorcycles and boats. He enjoyed drives to the Cape and spending time watching the boats by the bridge or visiting his Cape family.

He is survived by his children; Michelle Boiros, Lisa Doyle and husband James, Robert Perry, grandchildren; Francis Brooks, Darrell Brooks, Brittany Boiros, Danielle Brand, Rachel Perry, Alexandra Perry, Jacob Perry and 12 great-grandchildren. He was the father of the late William R. Perry and brother of the late Harry Perry, Jr., Flora Andrade, Charlotte Dias, Natalie Gomes, Mary Brookins and Cybil.

Calling hours will be held on Thursday, January 27, 2022 from 4 to 7pm with a service to begin at 7pm in the Silva Funeral Home 80 Broadway, Taunton.

Burial will be held privately.
