I would like to share with you the wonderful experience my mother and I had while attending the services of a dear friend. I arrived at your funeral home with my aging mother so she could say goodbye to her very best friend. As we pulled into the parking lot we were greeted by three very polite gentlemen. (Please note that I am aware this is part of your service.) Two of the men immediately came over and opened the doors for us. As I reached in the back seat to remove my mother’s cane the third man Larry immediately came over and very professionally took charge. He politely asked if we would prefer to use the elevator. He graciously informed us that since we were attending the church service and cemetery he would have us follow him in the lead car so my mother would not have a far walk. I could not believe we were being treated so kindly. I thanked him and he assisted us to the elevator and up to the main floor. Throughout the remainder of the services he could not have been more accommodating and kind. All of the gentleman spent a great deal of time making sure we were comfortable and informed us each step of the way. As we arrived at the cemetery Larry brought a chair over for my mother while another gentleman opened an umbrella for her to use as shade. At the end of the service Larry came to my mother and handed her a white rose. A small gesture that meant so very much to her. She had a little something to hold on to as she said her final goodbyes. I cannot tell you how grateful I am for the very kind, attentive and professional way we were treated. On a day that was very difficult for my mother, there men were so wonderful that it truly seemed to ease her woes. Your staff is truly wonderful. Please let Larry and the others know how grateful I am for their kindness. With much gratitude, Carol Alves
